If you are near the Third Street Promenade, you can catch the Big Blue Bus Line 3 or 9. Board the bus heading towards Pico Blvd & 4th St. Get off at the stop on Ocean Ave & Entrada Drive. From there, walk a short distance down Entrada Drive, and you will arrive at the Ocean Ave Stairs. A single ride on the Big Blue Bus is $1.25.
