From there, head east on the Crescent Meadow Road until you reach the junction where it meets the Generals Highway (CA-198). Turn left onto Generals Highway and follow it for about 8 miles until you reach the intersection with the road leading to the Giant Forest. Continue straight to stay on CA-198. After about 2 miles, look for the sign for the entrance to the Sequoia National Park. Enter the park and proceed to follow the park trails that lead to the southern areas, towards the foothills.
