Merge onto CA-99 N and then take exit 132B for CA-198 E towards Visalia. Continue on CA-198 E until you reach the junction with CA-65 N. Take CA-65 N until you reach Porterville, then follow the signs for CA-190 E. Drive on CA-190 E until you reach the entrance to Sequoia National Park. From there, follow the signs towards the Monarch Wilderness area. Note that parking fees may apply within the national parks, typically around $30 for a vehicle.

    Public Transportation

    If you're using public transportation, start by taking a Greyhound or other bus service to Visalia, CA. From Visalia, you can catch a local bus service (such as the Visalia Transit) to Porterville. Once in Porterville, you may need to arrange for a taxi or rideshare service to take you to the entrance of the Sequoia National Park, as public transport does not directly access the Monarch Wilderness area.
