    From downtown Tahoe City, walk to the nearest bus stop for the Tahoe Area Regional Transit (TART) at the corner of North Lake Boulevard and Grove Street. Board the TART bus heading towards Incline Village. The ride to the Incline Village stop takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Incline Village stop, disembark and walk north along NV-28 for approximately 0.5 miles. Lake Tahoe - Nevada State Park will be on your left.

    If you enjoy cycling, rent a bike from one of the local shops in Tahoe City. Start on North Lake Boulevard, heading east towards Incline Village. Follow the bike path along the shore of Lake Tahoe, which is scenic and safe. Continue until you reach the entrance to Lake Tahoe - Nevada State Park, which is about 5 miles from Tahoe City. The park entrance will be on your left as you approach Incline Village.
