    To reach The Cathedral of Christ the Light from Walnut Creek, start at the Walnut Creek BART station. Purchase a ticket to the Oakland City Center/12th St. station. Board a train heading toward San Francisco/Daly City. The ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Oakland City Center/12th St. station, exit the station and head toward 12th Street. Walk straight on 12th Street until you reach Harrison Street. Take a left on Harrison Street, and you will find The Cathedral of Christ the Light at 2121 Harrison St. It should be about a 10-minute walk from the station.

  • Bus

    From Walnut Creek, you can take the County Connection bus #5 towards Concord. Get off at the Pleasant Hill BART station. From there, board the BART train heading to the Oakland City Center/12th St. station. After approximately 30 minutes, exit at the Oakland City Center/12th St. station. Walk towards 12th Street, then take a left onto Harrison Street where you will find The Cathedral of Christ the Light at 2121 Harrison St. The walk from the station should take about 10 minutes.

    If you are already in downtown Walnut Creek, you can enjoy a scenic walk to The Cathedral of Christ the Light. Head east on Mt. Diablo Blvd towards N Main St. Turn right onto N Main St and continue for about 1 mile. You will reach the Walnut Creek BART station.
