Car
From Westside, take CA-1 North (Pacific Coast Highway). Drive for approximately 45 miles. You will pass through picturesque coastal towns and scenic views of the Pacific Ocean. Once you reach San Simeon, turn left onto Hearst Castle Road. Follow the signs to Hearst Castle, which will be on your left at 750 Hearst Castle Rd, San Simeon, CA 93452. There is a parking fee of $10 per vehicle.
Public Transportation
Start your journey at the nearest bus stop in Westside. Take the Greyhound bus heading towards San Luis Obispo. From San Luis Obispo, transfer to the SLO Transit bus #15 to San Simeon. Once you arrive in San Simeon, it is about a 10-minute walk to Hearst Castle. Alternatively, consider using a rideshare service from the bus stop to Hearst Castle if you have luggage or prefer not to walk.
