If you're starting from the iconic Royal Palace, exit the palace grounds and head east towards Preah Sisowath Quay. Once you reach the quay, turn right and walk along the riverside promenade. Continue walking for about 1.5 kilometers (approximately 20 minutes) until you reach the intersection with Street 97. The Former French colonial era police station (Commissariat) will be located on your left at 97 Preah Sisowath Quay.

Starting from Wat Phnom, exit the temple grounds and turn left onto Street 96. Walk straight until you reach Street 3, then turn right. Continue until you reach the intersection with Preah Sisowath Quay. Turn left onto Preah Sisowath Quay and walk north for about 1 kilometer (approximately 15 minutes). The Former French colonial era police station (Commissariat) will be at 97 Preah Sisowath Quay on your right.

If you are near the Central Market (Phsar Thmei), you can easily hire a tuk-tuk. Tell the driver to take you to 97 Preah Sisowath Quay. The ride will take approximately 10 minutes, depending on traffic. Ensure the driver understands your destination, and it’s a good idea to have the address written down in Khmer as well.

If you prefer to cycle, rent a bicycle near your accommodation. From the Independence Monument, head towards Norodom Boulevard and turn onto Street 240. Continue until you reach Preah Sisowath Quay and turn right. Cycle along the riverside for about 1.5 kilometers (approximately 10 minutes). The Former French colonial era police station (Commissariat) will be at 97 Preah Sisowath Quay on your left.
