If you are starting from the Royal Palace, head east on Samdech Sothearos Blvd. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the riverside. Once you reach the river, turn left onto the Riverside Path. Walk along the path for approximately 500 meters, and you will find Ponlea Chey Pavilion on your right.

Find a cyclo (a three-wheeled bicycle taxi) near your location. Tell the driver to take you to Ponlea Chey Pavilion, located on Riverside Path. The ride should take around 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. You can also ask to be dropped off at the Riverside Path, and walk the last few meters to the pavilion.
