If you have a car, start from the center of Siem Reap. Head southwest on Sivatha Road towards the National Highway 6. Continue on National Highway 6 for about 7 km. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Road 67. Follow this road for approximately 5 km until you reach the junction with CV68. Turn right onto CV68 and drive for about 1 km. You will find the Terrace of Honor on your left. Parking is available nearby, but be cautious of local traffic rules.

For a more local experience, consider hiring a tuk-tuk. You can easily find tuk-tuk drivers around the city center. Simply tell them you want to go to the Terrace of Honor, located at CV68+X3R, Krong Siem Reap. The ride should take around 20-30 minutes depending on traffic. Expect to pay between $5 to $10 for the trip, depending on your negotiation skills and the distance from your starting point.

While there are no direct public buses to the Terrace of Honor, you can take a bus from the Siem Reap bus station to a nearby location. Board a bus heading towards the provincial towns. Once you arrive at the nearest bus stop, you can hire a tuk-tuk or walk to reach the Terrace of Honor, which is about 2 km away from the bus stop. Be sure to check the bus schedules as they may vary throughout the day.
