Getting There

    If you are driving from St. Martins, follow Main Street/NB-111 to Big Salmon River Road. Turn onto Big Salmon River Rd and continue to the Fundy Trail Parkway. Once inside the parkway, follow the signs to the Big Salmon River Suspension Bridge, located approximately 8 kilometers (5 miles) from the park entrance. There is an entrance fee to access the Fundy Trail Parkway. As of July 2025, the fee is $12.17 per adult. Parking areas are available near the bridge.

    While there is no direct public transportation to the Big Salmon River Suspension Bridge, you can take a bus from Alma to the Fundy Trail Parkway. From there, arrange for a taxi or rideshare service to the West Kiosk. Then follow the driving directions to the bridge. Bus schedules should be checked in advance to coordinate with local transport options. Taxi/ride-share from the West Kiosk to the bridge is approximately $20-$30 CAD.
