Walking
If you are in downtown Halifax, start at the Halifax Citadel located at 5425 Sackville St. Head east on Sackville St until you reach Brunswick St. Turn left onto Brunswick St and walk north until you reach Spring Garden Rd. Turn right onto Spring Garden Rd and continue walking until you reach Summer St. Turn left onto Summer St, and the Museum of Natural History will be on your right at 1747 Summer St. The total walk is approximately 20 minutes.

Public Transit - Bus
From downtown Halifax, you can take the Metro Transit bus service. Head to the nearest bus stop and catch the bus #14, which goes towards the 'Windsor Junction' route. Get off at the stop 'Summer St & South Park St'. From there, walk south on South Park St until you reach Summer St. Turn left onto Summer St, and the museum will be on your left at 1747 Summer St. The entire journey, including waiting and walking, should take about 30-40 minutes.

If you prefer biking, you can rent a bike from one of the local bike rental shops in downtown Halifax. Start by heading south on Barrington St, then take a right onto Spring Garden Rd. Continue until you reach Summer St, then turn left. Follow Summer St until you arrive at the Museum of Natural History at 1747 Summer St. The bike ride should take around 15 minutes, depending on your speed.
