If you are driving, make your way to the city center of Montreal. From Highway 20, take the exit for Boulevard Décarie (Route 15 North). Follow Boulevard Décarie until it merges into Autoroute Ville-Marie (Route 720). Take the exit toward Boul. St-Laurent/Place d'Armes. Continue straight onto Rue St-Antoine, then turn left onto Place d'Armes. The Monument to Paul de Chomedey, Sieur de Maisonneuve is located at 512 Place d'Armes, right in the square.

To reach the Monument using public transportation, start by locating the nearest Metro station. If you are near the Yellow Line, take the Metro towards Longueuil-Université-de-Sherbrooke. Transfer at Berri-UQAM to the Green Line towards Angrignon. Get off at the Place-d'Armes station. Once you exit the station, walk west on Rue Notre-Dame until you reach Place d'Armes. The monument is clearly visible in the square at 512 Place d'Armes.
