If you're in the Niagara Peninsula and traveling by car, start by heading towards the Queen Elizabeth Way (QEW) highway. Take the QEW southbound towards Fort Erie. After approximately 30 minutes, take the exit toward NY-5 E/Buffalo. Merge onto NY-5 E and continue for about 10 miles. Follow the signs for NY-16 N, and take the exit toward NY-16 N. Continue on NY-16 N for about 3 miles, and then take the exit toward Downtown Buffalo. The Old Post Office will be located at 88-56 NY-16. There is parking available in the vicinity, but be sure to check for any parking fees which may vary depending on the time of day.

To reach the Old Post Office using public transportation, first, make your way to the nearest bus terminal in the Niagara Peninsula area. You can take the GO Transit bus line or Niagara Region Transit to reach the bus terminal in St. Catharines. From there, transfer to the Greyhound or Megabus service heading to Buffalo, NY. Once you arrive at the bus station in Buffalo, you can take the NFTA Metro Bus Route 8 (Main Street) or Route 12 (Cleveland) towards downtown. Get off at the stop closest to NY-16. Walk approximately 0.5 miles to the Old Post Office located at 88-56 NY-16. Note that you will need to have a valid passport or identification for crossing the border, and there may be a fare for the bus services.
