If you're starting from the Buffalo Niagara Convention Center, exit the center and head southeast on Franklin Street toward East Huron Street. Continue on Franklin Street for about 0.3 miles until you reach the intersection with Michigan Avenue. Turn left onto Michigan Avenue and walk for about 0.5 miles. The Michigan Street African American Heritage Corridor will be on your right at Michigan Ave, Buffalo, NY 14203.

Public Transit (Bus)
From the Buffalo Niagara International Airport, take the NFTA Metro Bus Route 204 (Airport - Downtown) towards the Downtown Bus Terminal. Disembark at the Main St & Church St stop. From there, transfer to Bus Route 5 (Michigan) and ride it until you reach the Michigan Avenue & East Ferry Street stop. From there, walk south on Michigan Avenue for about 0.2 miles, and the Michigan Street African American Heritage Corridor will be on your left.

If you are near the Erie Canal Harbor Station, take the Metro Rail (Light Rail) heading northbound towards the University Station. Disembark at the Theater District Station and walk north on Main Street toward East Huron Street. Turn left on East Huron Street and then right onto Michigan Avenue. Walk approximately 0.3 miles to reach the Michigan Street African American Heritage Corridor.
