If you're traveling by car from Niagara Falls, head south on the Queen Elizabeth Way (QEW). Follow signs for Fort Erie and take exit 1 for the Peace Bridge. Cross the bridge into the United States and continue onto I-190 N towards Buffalo. Take exit 6 for NY-5 E toward Buffalo. Keep left at the fork to continue on NY-5 E. Follow the signs for downtown Buffalo. Once in downtown, continue straight onto James D Griffin Plaza, where Sahlen Field is located at 1 James D Griffin Plaza, Buffalo, NY 14203. Be prepared to pay for parking in nearby lots.

To reach Sahlen Field using public transportation, start by taking the GO Transit bus from Niagara Falls to the Burlington Bus Terminal. From there, transfer to a Greyhound bus heading to Buffalo. Once you arrive at the Buffalo bus station, you can take a local bus (NFTA Metro) or an Uber/Lyft to Sahlen Field. The local bus route 5 or 8 will take you close to downtown, and you can get off at the stop nearest to James D Griffin Plaza. Be sure to check the schedules for both GO Transit and Greyhound for current timings. Note that border crossing may require documentation.
