Getting There

• Car

  If you are driving, input '2168 Guelph Line, Burlington, ON L7P 5A8' into your GPS. From Toronto, take the QEW towards Hamilton. Merge onto Highway 403 and follow signs for Burlington. Take the Brant Street exit and turn left onto Brant Street. Continue straight until you reach Guelph Line, then turn right. The Ireland House Museum will be on your right after a short drive.

• Public Transportation

  To reach Ireland House Museum via public transit, start by taking a GO Transit train from your location to Burlington GO Station. Once at Burlington GO Station, board the 4 or 10 Burlington Transit bus heading towards the city center. Transfer to the 4 Guelph Line bus at the downtown Burlington transit terminal. Get off at the Guelph Line stop closest to the museum. The museum is a short walk from the bus stop.

• Walking

  If you are staying nearby or arrive at the Guelph Line bus stop, you can walk to the Ireland House Museum. Simply head south on Guelph Line for about 10 minutes. The museum will be located on your left at 2168 Guelph Line.

• Bicycle

  For those who prefer cycling, you can take advantage of the local bike paths. If you are coming from downtown Burlington, head north on Maple Avenue, then turn right onto Guelph Line. Follow Guelph Line directly to the museum. Ensure you wear a helmet and obey all cycling laws. There are bike racks available at the museum.
