Getting There

  • Public Transit

    From downtown Toronto, head to the Union Station subway station. Take the Line 1 (Yonge-University) subway northbound towards Vaughan Metropolitan Centre. Transfer at Bloor-Yonge Station to Line 2 (Bloor-Danforth) and take it westbound towards Kipling. Get off at Islington Station and exit onto Islington Avenue. Catch the 37 Islington bus heading north. Ride the bus until you reach the end of the line, then transfer to the 38 Highland Creek bus. This bus will take you to the nearest major transit hub, where you can switch to GO Transit services. Look for the GO Bus that goes to Milton. The Kelso Conservation Area is approximately a 15-minute walk from the Milton GO Station. Head east on Main Street and continue onto Kelso Road until you reach the park entrance.

  • Train

    Start at Union Station in downtown Toronto. Purchase a ticket for a GO Train service to Milton. Once on the train, enjoy the ride which typically takes around 45 minutes. When you arrive at Milton GO Station, exit the station and head southeast on Main Street. Walk towards Kelso Road, where you will then turn left and continue walking until you reach the entrance of Kelso Conservation Area, which is about a 30-minute walk from the station.
