Follow the signs to Reserva Nacional Ralco, located about 20 km from the town center. Be prepared for mountainous roads; some sections may be unpaved. Ensure your vehicle is suitable for these conditions.

To reach Reserva Nacional Ralco via public transportation, start by taking a bus from Concepción to Los Ángeles. Buses leave regularly from the Estación de Buses Collao in Concepción. The journey takes about 2 hours and costs approximately CLP 5,000 - 10,000. Once in Los Ángeles, you will need to catch a local bus or taxi to Alto Biobío, which is about 50 km away. Local buses to Alto Biobío may not run frequently, so check the schedules in advance. Upon reaching Alto Biobío, you can arrange for a taxi or local transport to take you to the entrance of Reserva Nacional Ralco, which is about 20 km from the town.
