If you're traveling by car within the Chiloé Archipelago, begin your journey in Castro, the capital of Chiloé. Head south on Route 5 for about 40 km until you reach the town of Chonchi. From Chonchi, take the exit towards Lago Huillinco and follow the signs. The journey will take approximately 1 hour depending on traffic. Once you reach Lago Huillinco, park at the designated area near the swing, which should be visible as you approach the lake.

For those using public transportation, start at Castro's main terminal. Look for a bus that goes to Chonchi; several companies operate this route. The bus ride takes about 45 minutes to an hour.
