From Concepción city center, head to the 'Terminal de Buses' (Bus Terminal), which is located on Avenida O'Higgins. You can take a local bus or walk to the terminal. Once at the terminal, purchase a ticket for a bus heading to Penco. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Make sure to ask the driver to drop you off at 'Lirquén'.
