The Ruinas de la Antigua Noria de Concepción are located within Parque Ecuador, easily accessible on foot from most parts of central Concepción. From Plaza de la Independencia, walk east along O'Higgins street, then turn right onto Lincoyán street. Continue uphill towards the park entrance. Once inside the park, follow the signs towards the Cascada (waterfall); the ruins are located a short distance away. There is no admission fee to enter the park or visit the ruins.
