  • Bus

    From Concepción city center, head to the Terminal de Buses de Concepción located at Avenida O'Higgins 1250. Look for a bus that goes to Penco or Lirquén. Buses typically run every 30 minutes. The journey will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Penco bus terminal, you can ask the bus driver or locals for directions to Playa Puerto de Lirquén, which is a short walk from the terminal.

  • Collective Taxi (Colectivo)

    At the same terminal (Terminal de Buses de Concepción), you can opt for a colectivo, which is a shared taxi that is often faster than the bus. Look for a colectivo heading towards Lirquén or Penco. The fare is usually cheaper than a private taxi and it will drop you off closer to your destination. Ask the driver to drop you off at Central 305 in Lirquén, which is near Playa Puerto de Lirquén.

  • Walking

    If you arrive at the Penco bus terminal, you can also walk to Playa Puerto de Lirquén. Exit the terminal and head south on Avenida Libertador Bernardo O'Higgins. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Calle Central. Turn left onto Calle Central and follow it for about 500 meters. Playa Puerto de Lirquén will be on your right, located near Central 305.
