If you're traveling by car, start from Valdivia's city center. Head southeast on Calle O'Higgins toward Avenida Alemania. Turn left onto Avenida Alemania and follow it for about 2.5 km. Continue straight to stay on Avenida Alemania, which will become Avenida Río Calle Calle. After approximately 1 km, turn right onto Campus Isla Teja UACh, where the Jardín Botánico is located. Look for parking areas near the entrance.

To reach Jardín Botánico UACh via public transportation from Valdivia, find the nearest bus stop for local buses heading towards Isla Teja. Look for routes that mention ‘Universidad Austral de Chile’ or ‘Isla Teja.’ The bus ride will take about 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive at the stop, walk toward the UACh campus entrance. The botanical garden is located within the campus grounds.
