Getting There

  • Car

    From Punta Arenas, take Route 9 north toward Puerto Natales. Continue for approximately 250 km (about 3 hours) until you reach Puerto Natales. From Puerto Natales, take Route 9 toward Torres del Paine National Park. Drive for about 70 km (1 hour) until you reach the park's entrance. Note that there is an entrance fee for the park, which is around CLP 25,000 (approximately USD 30) per person. Once inside the park, follow the signs to the various viewpoints and trails leading to Daudet Mountain. It is advisable to have a map or GPS for navigating within the park.

  • Public Transportation

    From Punta Arenas, take a bus to Puerto Natales. Several companies operate this route, and the journey takes about 3-4 hours. Once in Puerto Natales, you can take another bus to Torres del Paine National Park. The park buses typically leave early in the morning and may require advance booking during peak season. The bus fare to the park is around CLP 10,000-15,000 (USD 12-18).
