Continue along this road for about 3 kilometers until you reach the parking area for the trailhead. Ensure your vehicle is suitable for gravel roads, as some parts may be bumpy.

For those using public transportation, begin by taking a bus to Chaitén from either Puerto Varas or Coyhaique. Once you arrive in Chaitén, you can find local taxis or shared vans that can take you to the Sendero Cascadas Escondidas trailhead. Make sure to arrange the return trip with the driver, as public transport options may be limited in this remote area. The fare for the taxi or van ride should be around 5,000 to 10,000 CLP per person, depending on the size of the group.
