If you are starting from the Valdivia River waterfront (Calle General Lagos), head east along the river until you reach the pedestrian bridge (Puente Pedro de Valdivia). Cross the bridge and continue straight onto O'Higgins Street. Walk for about 10 minutes, and you will find Our Lady of the Rosary Cathedral on your left at O'Higgins, 5110484 Valdivia, Los Ríos. The cathedral is easily recognizable by its tall steeple.

From the main bus terminal in Valdivia, take local bus number 5 or 6 heading towards O'Higgins. Get off at the stop named 'O'Higgins esquina Chacabuco'. From there, walk northwest along O'Higgins Street for about 5 minutes, and you will arrive at Our Lady of the Rosary Cathedral located at O'Higgins, 5110484 Valdivia, Los Ríos.
