From Plaza Aníbal Pinto, a central point in Valparaíso, head uphill towards Cerro Cárcel. The walk to the Valparaíso Cultural Park takes approximately 20-30 minutes, offering a glimpse into the city's vibrant street art and architecture. Follow Calle Cumming, then turn onto Cárcel. The park is located at the top of the hill. No costs are associated with walking.

From the Valparaíso bus terminal, take Bus 612, known locally as the "O" bus, which connects the hills of Valparaíso. The bus will drop you off near the entrance of the park on Cerro Cárcel. The bus fare is approximately CLP 340. Alternatively, take the Metro Valparaíso (Merval) to Estación Francia and then connect with a local bus or colectivo that goes up Cerro Cárcel. Metro fares range from CLP 204 to CLP 1080 depending on the time of day and distance.
