Walking
If you are already in Cerro Concepción, make your way to Calle Almirante Montt, the main street. Head towards the ocean until you reach the intersection with Paseo Atkinson. Turn left onto Paseo Atkinson; the Mirador Paseo Atkinson will be located at P.º Atkinson 69-9. The walk should take approximately 5-10 minutes, depending on your starting point.

Public Transport
From Plaza Sotomayor, take any bus that heads towards the city center of Valparaíso. Ask the bus driver to let you know when you reach the closest stop to P.º Atkinson. Once you get off, you will need to walk approximately 10 minutes uphill towards P.º Atkinson 69-9. Follow the signs for the Mirador, and enjoy the colorful street art along the way. Buses cost around 500 CLP per ride.

Funicular
For a scenic approach, use the Ascensor Concepción funicular. Head to the Ascensor Concepción station located at Paseo Gervasoni 1. Take the funicular up, and upon exiting, walk towards P.º Atkinson by heading down the hill and taking a left onto Paseo Atkinson. The viewpoint is a short stroll from there, approximately 5 minutes on foot. The funicular ride costs around 400 CLP for a one-way ticket.
