Walking
If you are in the central area of Plan, start by heading towards Avenida Pedro Montt. Walk in the direction of the coastline until you reach Plaza Victoria. From Plaza Victoria, take a right onto calle Condell. Continue walking straight for about 10 minutes, and you will see Palacio Lyon at Condell 1525 on your left.
Public Transport (Bus)
From Plaza Victoria, you can take a local bus that heads towards the hill areas of Valparaíso. Look for buses with signs that say 'Cerro Alegre' or 'Cerro Concepción'. Get off at the stop nearest to Condell Street. After getting off, walk straight along Condell Street for about 5 minutes. Palacio Lyon will be on your right at Condell 1525.
Funicular
If you're nearby the Ascensor Reina Victoria, you can take the funicular up to Cerro Concepción. Once you reach the top, walk down to Avenida Alemania, then take a left onto calle Condell. Walk straight for about 10 minutes, and you will find Palacio Lyon at Condell 1525. Note that the funicular fare costs around 300 CLP.
