Bus
To reach Ascensor Artilleria in Valparaíso from Viña del Mar, start at the main bus terminal in Viña del Mar, located at Av. Valparaíso 1000. Look for buses heading to Valparaíso, specifically those that say 'Valparaíso' or 'Puerto'. Once on the bus, enjoy the scenic ride which will take approximately 30 minutes. You will arrive at the Valparaíso bus terminal, which is centrally located. From there, exit the terminal and head towards Av. Pedro Montt.

Walking
After exiting the Valparaíso bus terminal, walk along Av. Pedro Montt towards the coast for about 10 minutes until you reach the Plaza Sotomayor. From the plaza, you will see the Artilleria elevator (Ascensor Artilleria) in the distance. Walk towards it, following the signs, and ascend the hill using the elevator to enjoy stunning views of the city.
