If you are at the historic walled city of Cartagena, start at the Clock Tower (Torre del Reloj) and head northwest towards the Plaza de los Coches. From the Plaza, walk along the Carrera 1 street for about 15 minutes. You will pass the Bastión de San Francisco and the main entrance of the Castillo San Felipe de Barajas on your left. If you are at the Bocagrande beach area, walk to the main road (Avenida San Martín). Catch a bus or a shared taxi heading towards the Centro Histórico.
