From the Santa Marta Cathedral in the city center, walk east towards the bay along Calle 14. Continue onto Carrera 1C, turning left. Walk north along the waterfront promenade (Malecon de Bastidas). Parque Camellón Rodrigo de Bastidas will be on your left. This is a pleasant 5-10 minute walk. No costs are involved.
