Public Transport
From Bogotá, take a bus to Barbosa (approx. 4-6 hours, COP 40,000-60,000) from the Terminal del Salitre. From Bucaramanga, take a bus to Barbosa (approx. 4-5 hours, COP 50,000-70,000) from the Bucaramanga terminal. Note that there are only three departures from Barbosa to El Peñón at 6 AM, 10 AM and 2 PM. From Barbosa, take a Cotransricaurte bus to El Peñón (approx. COP 27,000 per person). From El Peñón, arrange local transport (shared jeep or taxi) to Pandora Forest (approx. 20 minutes on unpaved road).

From Bucaramanga, a taxi to El Peñón takes approximately 4 hours and costs $45–55. From El Peñón, a taxi to Pandora Forest will be a short trip.
