Walking
If you are starting from downtown Aspen, head north on S Mill St towards E Hyman Ave. Turn left onto E Hyman Ave and continue walking until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto W Main St. Continue on W Main St until you reach the Aspen Mountain Gondola located at 620 E Cooper Ave. The gondola will take you up to the mountain.

From anywhere in Aspen, you can take the Roaring Fork Transportation Authority (RFTA) bus. Look for the bus stop nearest to you. The bus routes are frequent, and you will want to board the bus that is heading towards Aspen Mountain. Ask the driver to let you know when you reach the stop for the Aspen Mountain Gondola, which is located at 620 E Cooper Ave.
