Discover more about Aspen Paragliding

Aspen Paragliding provides a unique opportunity to experience the beauty of the Colorado Rockies from a bird's-eye view. Operating since 1990, they offer tandem paragliding flights for beginners and experienced fliers alike. Partnering with the Aspen Skiing Company, the U.S. Forest Service, the City of Aspen, and Pitkin County, Aspen Paragliding ensures access to the best launch sites in the area. Tandem flights typically last around two hours, including preparation and the flight itself, with at least 15 minutes of air time as you descend 3,000 feet. In the summer, flights take off from Aspen Mountain, while winter flights may launch from either Aspen or Snowmass mountains. Imagine soaring through the crisp mountain air, taking in panoramic views of the Roaring Fork Valley. Aspen Paragliding is a full-service dealer for paragliders and equipment. For experienced paragliders visiting Aspen, certain requirements must be met, including a USHPA P3 rating (or equivalent), a Colorado CORSAR card, and membership with Parapente Aspen. All pilots must fly with a helmet, radio, and reserve parachute.
