From anywhere in Colorado River Valley, head to Highway 50 and take it east towards Pueblo. After about 20 miles, merge onto I-25 North towards Denver. Continue on I-25 for approximately 130 miles. Take exit 210B for I-70 West toward Grand Junction. Merge onto I-70 and continue for about 8 miles. Take exit 274 for Federal Blvd toward US-287. Turn left onto Federal Blvd. In about 1 mile, turn right onto W Howard Pl. The Colorado Scenic and Historic Byways Program is located at 2829 W Howard Pl, Denver, CO 80204.
