From there, walk to the nearest bus stop (located at the corner of S Nevada Ave and E Kiowa St) and take the Route 3 bus towards 'Powers Blvd & Palmer Park Blvd'. After approximately 25 minutes, get off at the 'Powers Blvd & E Woodmen Rd' stop. Next, transfer to Route 36 towards 'Briargate & Northgate'. Ride for about 15 minutes until you reach the 'Northgate & Academy' stop. From there, it's a pleasant 15-minute walk to the Air Force Academy Airfield Overlook. Head northwest on Northgate Blvd, then turn left onto Academy Blvd. After a short distance, look for the entrance to the Air Force Academy, where you will find signs directing you to the Airfield Overlook.
