From the Downtown Denver area, you can take the light rail from the Union Station station. Board the C or E Line toward the 10th & Osage station. After 3 stops, get off at the Civic Center station. From Civic Center, walk east on Colfax Avenue for about 4 blocks, then turn left onto Pennsylvania Street. Continue walking north for about 2 blocks.
