From within the Twin Buttes residential area, follow the paved trails towards the center of the community. Historic Tram Park is located off Tipple Avenue, near the Farm Stand and the Twin Buttes Sales Office. The park is easily accessible on foot from most parts of the Twin Buttes neighborhood.

Durango Transit offers bus service within city limits. Check the Durango Transit website or app for the most up-to-date routes and schedules. From the bus stop, follow Tipple Avenue into the Twin Buttes development. The park will be on your left, past the Farm Stand. A single ride on Durango Transit typically costs $1.

From downtown Durango, head west on US-160. Turn onto Lightner Creek Road/CR 207 and then turn onto Tipple Avenue. The park is located at 307 Tipple Ave. Parking is available near the park. Parking at the Transit Center is $5 a day. Street parking downtown is metered.
