Start at the Grand Junction Visitor Center located at 740 Horizon Drive, Grand Junction, CO 81506. From the Visitor Center, head south on Horizon Drive towards the intersection with I-70. At the traffic light, turn left onto I-70 Business Loop (U.S. Highway 50). Continue on this road for approximately 1.5 miles until you reach the intersection with 12th Street. Turn right onto 12th Street and walk west for about 0.6 miles until you arrive at Colorado Avenue. Turn left onto Colorado Avenue and continue walking for about 0.7 miles. Eventually, you will reach the entrance to Little Park Road. Turn right onto Little Park Road and follow it for approximately 2.5 miles. The Old Kiln Historical Site will be on your right.
