Start at the Pagosa Springs Visitor Center located at 105 Hot Springs Blvd. Walk east on Hot Springs Blvd until you reach the intersection with US-160. Turn left onto US-160 and follow it for approximately 0.5 miles. Continue straight as US-160 becomes US-84. After about 2 miles, you will see signs for Echo Canyon Reservoir on your right. Follow the signs to the reservoir entrance.

Begin your bike ride from the Pagosa Springs Visitor Center at 105 Hot Springs Blvd. Head east on Hot Springs Blvd and turn left onto US-160. Stay on US-160 and then turn onto US-84 after about half a mile. Continue biking on US-84 for around 2 miles until you see the signs for Echo Canyon Reservoir. Turn right to access the reservoir.

From the Pagosa Springs Visitor Center, check for the availability of local shuttles or buses that travel towards US-84. If available, board the bus heading toward US-84. Once you arrive at the nearest stop, disembark and walk towards the reservoir, following the signs directing you to Echo Canyon Reservoir.
