Driving
From Estes Park, head west on US-36. The Beaver Meadows Visitor Center is located approximately 3 miles from town, just before the Beaver Meadows Entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. Parking is available at the visitor center, but it can fill up quickly during peak season. Consider using the free Park & Ride in Estes Park and taking the shuttle into the park. Parking in Estes Park costs $2/hour from 10 AM to 5 PM, Memorial Day to mid-October. Alternatively, free parking is available at the Estes Park Visitor Center garage.

Public Transport
During the summer, take the free Hiker Shuttle from the Estes Park Visitor Center (500 Big Thompson Avenue) to the Park & Ride Transit Hub inside Rocky Mountain National Park. From the Transit Hub, connect to other free shuttles that service different areas within the park. The Estes Park free shuttle, The Peak, also provides various routes around town, with connections to the Visitor Center. Check the Estes Park website for current schedules and routes.

Walking
From downtown Estes Park, walking to the Beaver Meadows Visitor Center is not recommended due to the distance (approximately 3 miles) and lack of dedicated pedestrian paths along US-36. Utilizing the free shuttle service is a safer and more convenient option.
