If you are driving, start from Denver, Colorado. Take I-70 W from Denver for about 25 miles. Merge onto US-285 S toward Fairplay. Continue on US-285 S for approximately 60 miles. Look for signs for Kenosha Pass, which is located just off US-285. The pass is at an elevation of about 10,000 feet, so be prepared for potential weather changes. There are parking areas available for visitors.
Public Transportation
To reach Kenosha Pass via public transportation, you can take the RTD bus from Denver to the town of Jefferson. The closest bus station is Denver Union Station. After arriving in Jefferson, you will need to arrange for a taxi or rideshare service to take you the remaining distance to Kenosha Pass, which is about 15 miles away.
