From Mamoudzou Beach, head south on RN 3. Follow the road for approximately 20 km. You will pass through several small towns. Look for the signs indicating 'Plage de Sakouli' as you approach. The beach is located near the coordinates 4667+F3X, on RN 3. There is parking available near the beach, but be prepared for a small fee, usually around 500 KMF.
Public Transportation
To reach Plage de Sakouli by public transport, start at the main bus station in Mamoudzou Beach. Take a bus heading towards Sada; ensure to confirm with the driver that they will stop at Plage de Sakouli or a nearby stop. The journey will take about 30-45 minutes depending on traffic. Once you get off the bus, you may have to walk approximately 1 km to reach the beach. Be ready to pay a fare of around 1000 KMF for the bus ride.
Taxi
If you prefer a more direct route, you can also hire a taxi from Mamoudzou Beach. This option is more convenient and will take around 25 minutes.
