Car
If you are traveling by car, head towards Milford, CT. From I-95, take exit 40 for US-1 towards Milford. Continue on US-1 southbound for approximately 1.5 miles, then turn left onto High St. The Eells-Stow House will be on your right at 34 High St. Parking is available on the street or in nearby public lots. Please note that parking may incur a small fee depending on the time of day.
Public Transportation - Train
For those using public transportation, take the Metro-North Railroad New Haven Line to the Milford Station. Once you arrive at the Milford Station, exit and head southeast on New Haven Ave. Turn left onto High St and walk about 0.5 miles. The Eells-Stow House will be located at 34 High St on your left. This route is approximately a 10-15 minute walk.
Public Transportation - Bus
You can also take the CT Transit bus service if you are in the surrounding areas. Routes such as the 5, 6, and 7 can take you to downtown Milford. Get off at the stop at the Milford Green, then walk east on Broad St, then turn right on High St. The Eells-Stow House is approximately a 15-minute walk from there.
