From Greenwich Point Park, head towards the main entrance and exit onto the main road. Once you are on the main road, turn left and walk straight for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with I-95. Continue walking straight, and you will eventually reach the Old Greenwich train station. This is where you can catch the Metro-North train to New York City.

From Greenwich Point Park, start by exiting the park and turning onto Shore Road. Continue on this road until you reach the intersection with I-95. Merge onto I-95 North, following signs for New York City. Stay on I-95 North for approximately 30 miles. Take exit 1 for the FDR Drive, and follow signs toward Manhattan. Once in Manhattan, take exit 1 toward South Street, and follow the signs to your final destination at Canal St and Essex St.

Public Transportation
To get to Seward Park from Greenwich Point Park using public transportation, first, head to the nearest bus stop and catch the CT Transit Bus Route 10 towards Stamford. Ride the bus until you reach the Stamford Transportation Center. From there, take the Metro-North train towards Grand Central Terminal, and once you arrive in New York City, transfer to the subway (Line 6) towards Brooklyn Bridge-City Hall. Get off at the Canal Street station, and Seward Park will be a short 5-minute walk away.
