    From Greenwich, head to the Greenwich Metro-North Station located at 2 Railroad Avenue. Take the New Haven Line train towards Grand Central Terminal. The journey takes approximately 50 minutes. Once you arrive at Grand Central Terminal, exit the train and follow the signs to the 42nd Street exits.

    After exiting Grand Central Terminal, follow the signs to the subway. You can take the S (Shuttle) train towards Times Square-42nd Street. At Times Square, transfer to the 1, 2, or 3 trains and head downtown. Get off at the 34th Street-Penn Station stop. From there, you can walk to the Ford Foundation Center, which is about a 15-minute walk.

    If you prefer walking from Grand Central Terminal, exit the terminal and head east on 42nd Street. Continue walking until you reach 3rd Avenue, then turn left. Walk north on 3rd Avenue until you reach East 43rd Street. Turn right on East 43rd Street, and the Ford Foundation Center for Social Justice will be on your left at 320 E 43rd St.

  • Bus

    From Grand Central Terminal, you can also take the M42 bus heading west towards the Hudson Yards. Get off at the 3rd Avenue and 43rd Street stop. Once you get off, walk one block east to reach the Ford Foundation Center located at 320 E 43rd St.
