Upon arrival at Grand Central Terminal, exit the train and follow the signs to the subway. Take the 7 train from Grand Central to 5th Avenue - Bryant Park Station. Once you exit the subway, walk towards 42nd Street and 6th Avenue. From there, head east on 42nd Street until you reach 5th Avenue. Turn left on 5th Avenue and walk north to E 53rd Street. Turn right at E 53rd Street and proceed to 153 E 53rd St, New York, NY 10022.

Begin at the Stamford Transit Center located at 30 Station Place, Stamford, CT 06902. From there, board a Greyhound or Megabus service to New York City. The bus journey typically takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes, depending on traffic. Once you arrive at the Port Authority Bus Terminal, exit the terminal and walk to 42nd Street. From there, you can take the subway; board the 1, 2, or 3 train at Times Square-42nd Street subway station heading downtown. Get off at 42nd Street - Times Square, and transfer to the 7 line towards Flushing. Get off at 5th Avenue - Bryant Park Station and walk east to 5th Avenue.
