If you are within walking distance of the Greenwich train station, simply head west on your current street towards Railroad Avenue. Continue until you reach the station. Once at the station, follow the instructions for taking the train to New York City.

Once you arrive at Grand Central Terminal, exit the terminal and walk towards 42nd Street. Continue walking west on 42nd Street until you reach 8th Avenue. From there, Duke Ellington Circle is a short walk away; you will find it at the intersection of 110th Street and 8th Avenue in Manhattan.
