    From Stamford, head to the Stamford Train Station located at 1 Station Pl. Take the Metro-North Railroad New Haven Line towards Grand Central Terminal. Ride for about 35 minutes. Once you arrive at Grand Central Terminal, transfer to the 2 or 3 subway line (red line) at the Grand Central-42nd Street station towards Harlem. After about 5 stops, get off at 125th Street Station. From there, exit the station and walk south on Malcolm X Blvd for about 5 minutes. The Harlem Heritage Tourism and Cultural Center will be on your left at 104 Malcolm X Blvd.

    At the Stamford Transportation Center, board the Greyhound or Peter Pan bus services heading towards New York City. After approximately 1 hour, you will reach the Port Authority Bus Terminal. From there, you can take the A, C, B, or D subway lines to 125th Street Station. After getting off, exit the station and walk south on Malcolm X Blvd for about 5 minutes to reach the Harlem Heritage Tourism and Cultural Center at 104 Malcolm X Blvd.
